MARKET MUST KNOW

OBJECTIVE & COMMITMENT

Hi, I’m Christiane, the organizer of this event and I look forward to meeting you!

I’ve been operating this market for 10 years, a decade.  Going onto my second decade, I’ve decided to make some changes to the Christmas event to attract a larger spending crowd.  With last year’s record attendance of over 8,000, it’s time to ‘level’ up.

As the organizer of the 11th Annual Christmas Pop-Up Market and previous vendor, I am making committed to continue creating a curated and high-quality market experience for both vendors and attendees.  Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked with or connected with over 5,000 artisans.  I’ve seen vendors set up and tear down.  Seen my vendors succeed and fail and what that means for everyone involved in planning of our shows.  Now going into my 11th year, I am changing the landscape moving into a new era.  I am changing the criteria the level for vendor participation in my show.  I’m excited for the next 10 year.  Lots to come for the east end of Toronto. 🙂

My commitment includes:

  • Careful Vendor Selection: We carefully select vendors to ensure a diverse and high-quality marketplace that aligns with the holiday spirit and market theme.

    • 40-50 vendors

    • Minimal vendors per category

  • Extensive Promotion: We promote the market through a comprehensive marketing campaign, including social media, newsletters, local media outlets, and community partnerships, to ensure high attendance and visibility.

  • Support and Logistics: Our team provides dedicated support to vendors, assisting with booth move-in, logistics, and on-site needs to ensure a smooth and successful event.

  • Engaging Activities: We curate a variety of activities and entertainment to enhance the market experience, ensuring that attendees have a memorable and enjoyable time.

  • Safe and Enjoyable Market

With the added administration, we are introducing an official acceptance criteria.
