Body Mapping – Learning Your Body’s Language
Join us for a deep dive discovery into our body’s energetic language. Body Mapping uses holistic healing practices to understand how energy flows through the body and where it may become blocked, overactive, or imbalanced. We reference energy fields and meridian systems to translate your body’s internal language. Energetic body mapping is the process of identifying patterns of energy, such as emotions and trauma within our energetic anatomy.
We will begin with grounding breath work and learn to scan our own body for held tension or dis-ease. Next, we learn about what energy may be held in these areas and how to move forward with the release and healing process.
Your facilitator, Nadia Ishmail is a Holistic Boutique and Wellness Studio Owner. As a Certified Wellness practitioner she utilizes Reiki, Quantum Touch Healing, Wellness Coaching, Sound Therapy and Intuitive Coaching techniques along with practices in herbalism to support emotional and physical body healing throughout your wellness journey.
