What is Meditation? The benefits of meditation are increasingly recognized on many levels. Whether it’s emotional, psychological, or even reducing health problems, more and more people are turning to meditation to improve their lives. But what about meditation really ? Is it just a method of self-emptying or a technique to calm tensions, or is it much more than only that ?
Come for a brief workshop to get introduced to Meditation and to practice in a group to calm the “monkey mind”, using the breath and under the instructions of the Buddhist Monk Tenzin Gawa (Jason).
rested in the Buddha’s teachings and met his first teacher, the Tibetan Buddhist Master Lama Samten, in 2002. Jason is teaching Meditation & Buddhist Philosophy since 2006, in Canada, Europe and U.S.A. He accompanies every year groups to India for pilgrimage and meditation.

Body Mapping – Learning Your Body’s Language
Join us for a deep dive discovery into our body’s energetic language. Body Mapping uses holistic healing practices to understand how energy flows through the body and where it may become blocked, overactive, or imbalanced. We reference energy fields and meridian systems to translate your body’s internal language. Energetic body mapping is the process of identifying patterns of energy, such as emotions and trauma within our energetic anatomy.
We will begin with grounding breath work and learn to scan our own body for held tension or dis-ease. Next, we learn about what energy may be held in these areas and how to move forward with the release and healing process.
Your facilitator, Nadia Ishmail is a Holistic Boutique and Wellness Studio Owner. As a Certified Wellness practitioner she utilizes Reiki, Quantum Touch Healing, Wellness Coaching, Sound Therapy and Intuitive Coaching techniques along with practices in herbalism to support emotional and physical body healing throughout your wellness journey.

Trained in the Krishnamacharya/Desikachar lineage at Yoga Therapy Toronto with Felicia and Ante Pavlovic, she blends traditional wisdom with a modern, accessible approach. Her classes prioritize pranayama to support emotional balance, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.
